Fiano Schola Sarmenti is produced from Fiano grapes harvested from 15-year-old plants. The harvest with the manual harvest of the grapes which are then gently placed in small airy boxes to preserve their integrity. In the cellar they are then further selected on a modern sorting table. It follows a white vinification at controlled temperature and then the steel finish before being bottled.
This Fiano is produced with a grape with a noble taste whose unmistakable scents follow one another in a fragrant dance with fresh hints of acacia flowers and the unfailing aroma of toasted hazelnuts. In the mouth the wine presents a fresh sip with accents of mineral notes that fade in a savory finish with a good persistence and a final taste with a noble, harmonious and balanced taste.
