Made with Fiano grapes grown in spurred cordon on alluvial soils, average mixture with areas of limestone, in the territory of Leverano (Lecce). The harvest takes place by stemming and soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aging in concrete tanks covered with epoxy for food.
Characterized by a pale yellow colour with greenish hues. It presents an intense perfume with notes of fruit (apple, pineapple, banana). At the palate it gives off a rich, full-bodied taste, with a lingering finish. Serve at a temperature of 10 ° C.
