Made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated with spurred cordon system in the territories of San Donaci, Guagnano and the whole area of “Salice Salentino”. Vinification obtained after a contact of the juice with the skins at low temperature for about 20 hours; then the must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature on the first yeast.
Characterized by a sulfurous yellow colour with light green reflections. It looks like a very rich wine with fruity aromas and of first fermentation. It is appreciated for its balanced and pleasant taste, lively for the persistence of the natural carbon dioxide that emphasizes its pleasant freshness, slightly petiant. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
