Biegosta is a wine produced by Agricola Sanchirico from Fiano grapes coming from vineyards owned by Salice Salentino (Lecce). The grapes were harvested in the first days of September and carefully selected before pressing. The must is brought to a temperature of 10 ° C and macerated in contact with the skins for a few hours. After a soft pressing, the must is left to ferment slowly to a controlled temperature of 10 ° C in stainless steel tanks.
Biegosta has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose empties a fragrant fragrance, delicately fruity, with light notes of tropical fruits.
