Made from Fiano grapes in vineyards planted with guyot on deep, dry and clay soils with the presence of tuffaceous limestone, in Salento. The grapes are harvested around the middle of September, in the coolest hours of the night. After a light maceration of the skins, to ensure a perfect and complete extraction of the wine aromatic fraction, follows, for fifteen days, the fermentation in steel containers at low temperatures (8-12 ° C). Then wine is left to age on its yeasts to enrich the mineral notes and flavor.
Characterized by a pale yellow color. It has a intense fruit fragrance (pear, pineapple) and honey. To the palate it exudes a fresh and lively taste, balanced, with notes of fresh fruit and a pleasant finish of toasted hazelnuts. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
