Tenuta Paraida rosato is the award-winning wine produced by Marulli’s Vitivinicola Company. A DOC made up of 100% Negroamaro grapes coming from vineyards with plants of more than 30 years cultivated in the territory of Copertino. The grapes are harvested by hand towards the end of September and after the decimation and pressing is started the classic vinification in red, with the must remaining in maceration with the skins for 6-8 hours in order to obtain the classic coral-colored wine After the liquid part is taken, the wine is followed by a temperature controlled fermentation of 18-20 ° C. The rosé finishes its processing with a refinement of about 3 months in stainless steel vats and finally finishes in the bottle.
Tenuta Paraida rosato is the classic rosé made in Salento, fresh, acidic and of great texture, a wine that can be enjoyed pleasantly with both robust meat dishes and with delicious dishes based on seafood crustaceans and fish. It is an intense and bright cherry wine with rich and composite bouquet, fruity with hints of raspberry, cherry and peach and fine flowers.
