Made from grapes Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera and Montepulciano grapes grown on a spurred cordon, on alluvial soils, of average mixture with areas of limestone, in the territories of Leverano (Lecce) and Salice Salentino (Lecce). The harvest takes place by stemming and soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature then followed by another fermentation in autoclave.
Characterized by a pale yellow colour. It presents a delicately aromatic and fragrant perfume. At the palate it exudes a harmonious taste, fresh with hints of fruit. Serve at a temperature of 8 ° C.
