This rosè wine Cantele Produced from Negroamaro grapes in Guagnano territory (Lecce), harvested in the second half of September. The grapes are kept to macerate for 12-14 hours in order to extract from the skins the right shade of colour and the aromatic substances typical of the Negroamaro vine. The first must is fermented at 14-15 ° C in stainless steel tanks until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. It is aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
It is characterized by a light pink colour. It presents a perfume of essence of rose and red geranium embracing fruits, with strawberry and cherry. The olfactory impact is sweet and varied, remarkably tenacious. At the palate the good alcoholic content is supported and mitigated by the softness and by the light and lively freshness. The taste is intense, with elegant persistence. Serve at a temperature of 11 ° C.
