Made with Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes. Maceration of the black grapes stemmed and left for about 20 hours at low temperature. Then, a part of the juice of the berries is extracted (just 40%) and left to ferment in steel of selected yeasts.
Characterized by a colour reminding of the bright pink of the coral branches. Rich, full, floral perfume, with a just fruity persistence. Wine with a voluptuously harmonious taste. It possesses a good body on elegant bitter aftertaste. Serve at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.
