Five Roses was the first rosé wine to be bottled and sold in Italy. Produced with Negroamaro grapes and Malvasia Nera of Lecce deriving from vineyards in the territory of Salice Salentino (Lecce). The grapes after a soft destemming are subjected to maceration of the skin (T 7 – 10 ° C) for some hours, then follows the extraction of the juice (about 35%) and the subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature (18 – 20 ° C).
Characterized by a transparent ruddy color. It presents a clear, fruity, pleasant and fine perfume. At the palate it exudes a full-bodied taste, velvety, warm, harmonious. Serve at a temperature of 10 ° C.
