Made with grapes of Brindisi black Malvasia cultivated in the territory of San Marzano (Taranto) on medium loamy soils, shallow and with good skeleton. The harvest is done in the second half of September. It follows a thermo-controlled maceration for about 10 days followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Characterized by an intense ruby red colour. It presents a complex aroma of ripe red fruits and spices. At the palate it is a quite robust bodied wine, with pleasantly soft and persistent beginning. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
