Roccamora is a wine made from Negroamaro grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently placed in small airy boxes to preserve their integrity. In the cellar are further selected on a modern sorting table to ensure the use of only the best bunches. Maturation takes place in temperature-controlled steel.
The wine has a unique olfactory register interwoven with notes of spices, tobacco and leather in a final well marked fruit. To taste the first sip is presented enterprising, it intoxicates the palate with a soft and velvety texture damped by a fine tannin that leaves a pleasantly bitter wake.
