Made with Primitivo grapes grown in vineyards in cordon on medium-textured soils in the territory Brindisi. The harvest takes place in the first week of September. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, maceration for 15 days at a controlled temperature.
Characterized by an intense ruby colour with purple hues. It presents an aroma of red fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, plums, very ripe cherry and unmistakable notes of ripe grapes of primitive. At the palate it exudes a flavor of very soft tannins that give structure, fullness and pleasure. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
