Primitivo di Agricole Vallone is a wine produced with grapes grown in the land owned by the company. This primitive is a ready, young, dynamic wine. Excellent acidity and freshness. This wine can boast a good body and a fantastic balance that make it a precious wine for all occasions. The production land is exposed along the North-South axis and the Nature of the land and clayey sandy. The vinification process begins with the soft destemming-crushing, which is followed by fermentation and a post-fermentative maceration at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned for about 20 days, which spontaneously follows the malolactic fermentation. The wine is subsequently aged in cement tanks followed by an aging in the bottle before being put on the market.
The Primitivo di Agricole Vallone has an intense ruby color with violet reflections and bright coral shades. On the nose it is rich in hints of ripe red berries and spicy notes and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is well structured, elegant, sapid and well articulated, along the finish, with aroma in the mouth.
