Made from Negroamaro grapes grown in apulian sapling vines in the territories between Taranto and Brindisi. After the harvest it is aged 3 months in steel tanks , 12 months in French and American oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
Characterized by a ruby red colour tending towards garnet. It presents a large and spicy bouquet with hints of berries. At the palate it exudes a round, full-bodied, smooth and balanced. Serve at a temperature of 18 ° C.
