Made from Susumaniello grapes grown in cordon in vineyards on medium-textured soils in the territory of Brindisi. The harvest takes place in early October. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration of ten days at a controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel tanks.
Characterized by an intense ruby red colour with purple hues. It presents a bouquet of fragrant and fresh red berry fruit notes, among which stand out cherry, pomegranate, raspberry and hints of ripe plum. At the palate it gives off a fruity flavor, mineral, round with pleasant and soft tannins that make it particularly pleasant to drink. Serve at a temperature of 15-18 ° C.
