Neprica is a wine produced from Negroamaro grapes from the Tenute Maìme to S. Pietro Vernotico and Bocca di Lupo to Minervino Murge. The grapes were harvested at the right degree of ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The maceration, carried out at temperatures not above 26 ° C, is protracted for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter. Then follows a period of aging of about 8 months in steel.
Characterized by an intense ruby red color. It has a scent with notes of fresh red fruit (plum, cherry), floral (pink, violet) and spicy (pepper, cocoa). On the palate it releases a good structure, mineral, soft and elegant. To be served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
