Made from Negroamaro grapes grown in vineyards in cordon on medium-textured soils in the territory Brindisi. The harvest takes place in mid-September. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for twelve days at a controlled temperature.
Characterized by an intense ruby red colour. It has an intense and persistent perfume of red berries such as blueberries, blackberries, black cherry, pomegranate, cherry, accompanied by interesting spicy notes of the grape. At the palate it gives off a soft and harmonious flavor with sweet tannins that make it particularly pleasant and lingeringin the aftertaste. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
