Le Braci is a sumptuous, royal, important wine produced by the oenologist Severino Garofano, has an intense color with purple reflections, garnet. Soft, elegant, sumptuous on the palate, the nose offers an intense bouquet, rich and long persistence of flavor and scent.
The over-ripening of the grapes, or rather withering pushed the berries, gives the wine a complex structure. It is a wine that develops all its potential already during aging in small oak barrels, which, in addition to stabilizing the color, induces a reduction in astringency; the wine acquires a fresh aroma and a sumptuous royal.
Its aromas of flowers and fruit are in evidence: mint, plum, the fruit thin notes, licorice, vanilla and spices. The softness of his long flavor closes with a pleasant bitter vein of the grape from which it is derived: the Negroamaro.
