Made from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes grown on Apulian saplings, harvested in the second half of september. Vineyards 25 years old. Red wine vinification with maceration of the grapes for about 5 days and thermal control of the temperature. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The aging takes place for at least two years, of which six months in casks or barrels.
It has a beautiful ruby red colour, which is enriched with orange highlights by aging. Ethereal bouquet fragrance with characteristic perfumes of cocoa and leather. When tasted it has a pleasantly soft taste, manifests the varietal notes of the grape variety well mixed with aromas of French oak. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
