Made from Negroamaro grapes with a small addition of Syrah from vineyards cultivated in Maìme Estate in San Pietro Vernotico (BR). The grapes are selected by hand, cleaned gently and softly pressed. The cold maceration (5 ° C) continued for five days, so as to extract the varietal aromas, the colour and the softest polyphenolic components; then follows the racking and the fermentation without the skins at 18 ° C.
Characterized by a red-purple color with violet hues. It has a red fruit aroma (cherry, raspberry) with floral notes of violet. At the palate it gives off a soft and pleasant flavor, light taste and mineral and fruity and fresh finish. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
