Made from Negroamaro grape varieties grown in the territory of San Marzano (Taranto) on medium loamy soils, shallow and with good skeleton. Vintage takes place in mid-September. It follows a thermo-controlled maceration for about 10 days followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Caratterizzato by a red-purple color with violet hues. It has an intense and persistent aroma, with hints of blackcurrant and wild berries, spicy, balsamic and vanilla notes. The palate is as full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, with a long and fruity. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
