Made with Primitivo grapes grown against espalier in the territory of Ugento (Lecce). The harvest is done manually in mid-September. fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration on the skins for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging in Allier for 8 months. Bottle aging for 8 months.
Characterized by a purplish red colour. It presents an intense perfume of asparagus and red fruit with notes of spices and vanilla. Full taste, harmonious, very persistent. Serve at a temperature of 20 ° C.
