Artetica is a wine of the highest quality produced by Schola Sarmenti from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes grown in the Nardò area and produced by Pugliese sapling plants of more than 50 years. The grapes used to make this excellent bland are hand-picked and gently placed in small airy boxes to preserve its integrity. In the cellar they are then further selected on a modern sorting table. Once the wine-making process is carried out at controlled temperature, the wine is assembled and then aged for 8 months in French oak tonneaux, medium toasted; then, 10 months of further aging in the bottle.
Artetica presents itself to the nose with a complex, intense, refined bouquet that opens with sweet hints of ripe black cherry and forest fruits, followed by enveloping spicy notes of cocoa and vanilla. Delicate, fruity and spicy progressions in the mouth. Rich, intense and persistent, with a fine soft and silky tannins. A wine of great balance and elegance.
