Salice Salentino D.O.C. Anticaia is a wine produced by Cantina San Donaci and is obtained from the vinification of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes. The wine after fermentation classical phase is aged in oak barrels. The nose emerge hints of red pulp ripe fruits and jams, spices like black pepper, licorice, toasted and balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub. It ‘a wine that gives the best with hard cheeses like Comté, Gorgonzola, meats such as pork bacon, chorizo, capocollo and grilled red meats.
