The Aleatico Candido is a wine produced by maceration of the grapes and the juice at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the must fermentation is interrupted by repeated decanting to remove the yeasts. Aged in wood tanks.
The Aleatico of Candido is a wine with bright crimson red colour, tending to orange when getting older, with fine perfumes of muscat with a broad, full-bodied, moderately sweet taste on a good acid base, is very pleasant to the palate and pleasantly velvety.
