  1. Pricesand forwarding

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All prices are expressed in Euro.

Expeditions in Italy:

Throughout Italy and excluded for orders placed from abroad, shipping is free for orders above 200 €, for lower amounts the cost of shipping is to be determined based on the number of bottles ordered and as provided in the “shipping” section.

Shipments abroad:

Shipping charges for foreign destinations vary by country of destination, and are determined by the number of ordered bottles as described in the “Shipment” section.

These charges are included in the relevant cost table in the “Shipment” section and will be communicated to the customer at checkout time and in any case prior to the purchase confirmation. When the customer selects a country of destination other than Italy, shipping costs will be automatically updated.

  1. Payment and invoicing methods

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the shipping expenses by bank transfer, credit card and PayPal, and only with regard to orders placed to and from Italy by cash on delivery.

The sales contract between the Customer and Salentowineshop SRLS is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For the solution of disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms and Conditions or of individual purchase orders, if the Client is a consumer under the Consumer Code, it will be referred exclusively to the jurisdiction of his town of residence or domicile if located in Italian territory; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Lecce, any other competent court is excluded.


Under article 1341 of the Civil Code the Customer declares hehas read and specifically accepted the following articles of these General Conditions: 6 (responsibility for delays in delivery), 10 (right to correct errors – disclaimers).
